2. In order to use the site's functions, it is not necessary to create a user account.
3. The information presented on the magnoliaresidence.ro site is for informational purposes only, the exact conditions (including price) and specifications of the properties being established directly with the developer's representatives.
4. Any communication with the developer's representatives, carried out through the site, does not represent the conclusion of a contract between the parties and does not give rise to rights and obligations incumbent on the parties (e.g. apartment reservation, etc.)
Section 2: Description of services
1. In accordance with these Terms and Conditions, magnoliaresidence.ro provides a form through which site users have the opportunity to send requests for information or request offers regarding the purchase of real estate (apartments, studios) owned by the developer.
2. magnoliaresidence.ro reserves the right to temporarily restrict the possibilities of sending requests and accessing advertisements, if this is necessary due to capacity limits, in order to maintain the security and integrity of the servers or to implement technical measures and if this serves a correct and appropriate execution, or improved, of the contractual services due (maintenance work).
3. after sending an offer/request form, the user will be contacted by a representative of the developer, in order to confirm receipt of the request and establish the terms of collaboration.
Section 3: Requirements regarding the content and appearance of requests
1. Users who send a request are obliged to provide complete and correct information and to complete all available fields.
2. The request may not violate legal provisions or good morals through wording, content, visual presentation or the intended purpose. It is prohibited to send offers/requests/messages that discriminate on the basis of race, nationality, language, religion, sex or sexual orientation, ethnicity, social class, beliefs, age, disabilities, chronic non-contagious diseases, HIV infection, membership of a disadvantaged category or any other similar situations.
3. In general, it is not permitted to include links to external web pages or other external sources of information in a request. Links in this sense also refer to non-activated web pages (URLs) and parts thereof.

Section 4: Liability Exemption Clause
